Meet Mia
founder & designer
I grew up between the mountains and the beaches of California, which means I was always caught somewhere in the middle of two things and felt most at home there. I cared deeply about how things looked from a very young age. My handwriting was borderline perfect. I noticed when something was slightly off before I could explain why.
In college, a professor told me I should look into UX design. That I was half left brain, half right brain, structure and fluidity in equal measure. It was the first time someone named something I had always felt. That tension is still at the center of everything I build.
After years in advertising and digital marketing, something kept pulling at me. Brand after brand would come in for support with nothing more than a logo. And you could always feel it, the gap between what a business actually was and what it was putting into the world. Marketing cannot fix a brand that does not know itself. Almost Always came from that.
I believe a brand is not just a logo. It is a world. And when we build it right, it feels like one.
