Work Well Co is bright, human, and deeply intentional, a brand built to bring more clarity, connection, and joy to the way people work together. The vision was to create something that feels both professional and personal, a space where strategy meets soul, and where culture isn’t just talked about, it’s lived. From the very beginning, this project was about balance: structure with warmth, insight with approachability, order with openness.

The branding captures that same energy—fun and a little funky, just like Susan—while maintaining the structure and credibility needed to thrive in organizational spaces. Together, we built a brand that feels like a breath of fresh air in the workplace: thoughtful yet energizing, confident yet kind. Every element, from the sunny squiggle to the clean typography, reflects Work Well’s belief that when people feel seen, supported, and inspired, they don’t just work better, they work well.
